TECHNICAL NOTEBOOK / THE PROJECT
An open workshop notebook.
Quiet Bee brings together electronics and connected device projects with one priority: making their operation understandable and verifiable.
From building to understanding
The site connects several topics within one journey: displaying on e-paper, transmitting over cellular networks, reducing power use and storing time series. The Arduino STI2D section offers a gradual introduction to acquiring, processing and communicating information.
Our publishing method
Published wiring is linked to a board reference and project sources. A new educational example still needs validation on the target hardware. A simulation is labelled as such; theoretical figures are not presented as measurements. Limitations and remaining checks are stated in the articles.
The articles published on 1 November 2026 expand on the Quiet Bee project sources and reference manufacturer documentation. They do not add experimental results that were never obtained. A schematic error or different panel reference can change behaviour: report it to help improve the explanations.
Free reading
The technical content on quiet-bee.fr can be read without an account or purchase. PDF guides and existing orders are managed separately on iot.quiet-bee.fr. Any funding must not hide a setup's prerequisites or limitations.
